Lumen5 is a SaaS company that helps people create videos to market their companies and personal brands.
Lumen5 is one of the fastest growing video marketing creation tools. In April 2019, they needed to scale their user acquisition through organic marketing. We analyzed their competitors, keywords, sales cycle, and landing pages, then created a plan to drive users from content and SEO.
After looking at the data from Google, we created over 30 blog posts and 27 landing pages to bring in most of their organic leads. We also redesigned their blog for better user acquisition and implemented blog CTAs and sidebar templates to drive homepage signups.

This marketing tactic enabled us to rank for video featured snippets using blog posts rather than videos.
In order to rank the content, we drove over 210 backlinks to landing pages and blog posts. In a short time, we scaled their organic by 75,000+ visitors/month from when we started in April 2019 to December 2019.
From there. we doubled down on our learnings, and produced content and backlinks around five more high-value pieces. By dialing in, we added an additional 150,000 visitors/month over the next three months.
From there, we took calculated next steps on the following pieces of content we wanted to produce and rank. This exploded the organic growth to over 500K+ monthly organic visitors.
